At Kyndo, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfying as possible, from the moment of purchase to the delivery of your product.
This Delivery Policy details our shipping procedures, timeframes, costs, and your consumer protections, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) 25 of 2002 of the Republic of South Africa. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Processing
Our dedicated team begins processing your order immediately after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and unique order number.

Processing Time: Your package will be prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SAST) on business days will be processed for collection on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your parcel.
2. Free Shipping Method: Aramex Store-to-Door
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across South Africa. We work exclusively with Aramex to ensure your parcel arrives safely and quickly.

Shipping Cost: Free on all orders.

Insurance:All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

Tracking: You will receive updates via email and SMS, and can track your parcel in real-time on the Aramex website. Delivery requires a signature upon receipt.

Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; a full physical address is required. Due to aviation regulations, prohibited items (such as flammable liquids, explosives, corrosives, and precious metals) cannot be shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to get your parcel to you as fast as possible. The timeframes below are estimates:

Main Centers (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth): 1-3 business days (up to 72 hours).

Secondary Urban Areas: 2-4 business days.

Regional/Remote Areas: 3-5 business days (may exceed 72 hours).

Important Note: Deliveries to Special Areas (e.g., Mines, Power Stations, Farms, Military Bases, Embassies) may experience longer delivery times. If applicable, we will contact you prior to finalizing delivery.
4. Delivery Hours
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, up to 17:00. We do not deliver on weekends or South African public holidays.
5. Your Consumer Rights (CPA and ECT Act)
We respect your consumer rights:

Delivery Responsibility: We bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods until you, or an authorized person, accept delivery.

Right of Cancellation (Cooling-off Period): You have the right to cancel an online purchase without reason and without penalty within 7 business days of receiving the goods, per Section 44 of the ECT Act. Please note that while our delivery to you is free, the direct cost of returning the goods will be at your expense unless the items are defective. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Defective Goods: You are entitled to receive goods that are of good quality and free of defects. If standards are not met, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA.
